I saw Sidney Barnes talking with Joe Jackson at XS on Monday night. There were quite a few gawkers. All in all it was CRAZY! What a magnificent club.

I think he talks more about it on the latest "Lunchtime With Ira" show. He auditioned for Mr. Gordy who signed him on the spot. Early '60's. He helped run the New York office.

Get ready Las Vegas. Our loss is your gain! Sidney Barnes is an amazing performer, and if you google him, you'll be awed at the things he's done in his career. I guess this means that I'll have to come to Vegas to enjoy Sidney's talents again. Good luck Sidney! North Carolina misses you.
