db, according to reports, mike was driving the 2nd vehicle in the street race. he may have stopped to help (kudos to him for that), but he was driving under the influence. which, by the way is illegal even for adults. he was driving outside of his restrictions... no need to go on. he isn't the only person being punished, just the first. the driver of the 1st vehicle, in which young Olivia was unfortunately a passenger, will be charged once the investigation is complete. mike was charged with the dui already because he was dui. probabilities suggest the other young man wasn't, or he would be in the same place if not in the hospital.
there may not have been parents around to allow the kids to drink. ever hear of keggers? we had them all the time growing up. the kids still do it today, trust me. I live at the end of sahara and i know the kids are out in the desert on weekends having parties. i see metro's helicopter up there all the time. my son went to them when he was still going to lvhs, which was one of the many reasons he was not allowed to drive. i watched the horror of the deaths of the young women on sahara as they raced back to school. the kids do not use judgment, and most parents use even less when allowing their kids to drive.
mosley on the other hand... the judge that is... is a disgrace to this city. he should be removed from the bench for doing this. his son is where he needs to be. maybe if they leave him there he will learn something and become productive. his parents have been fighting publicly for years, but this was outrageous. while i feel for the kid because of his parents, he still should have had the brains to not drink and drive. he committed a crime and needs to pay for it JUST LIKE ANYONE ELSE WOULD. Do you hear that Judge Mosely?

Rick, you missed something. Her husband is going to cost us now as well. I wonder if she continues to get paid through the appeal process?
