While I do not player poker as often as I would like this is just a terrible idea. I'm totally in favor of speeding up play (to a certain extent) and eliminating dealer error (which I have found is a rare occasion) but I want to hold the cards not touch a screen.
I just don't see this working over the long-run. The casinos like the obvious advantages of more revenue, less overhead, and complete player tracking but for veteran poker players this is like playing online.
Part of the poker experience is reading and gauging a player in all aspects including how the player holds the cards or how he places a bet.
Also, having not played on one of these machines (can't really call it a table anymore) how does one hide cards from the opponents?
I guess this also eliminates the need for chip covers...whoopdedoo!
This is just another way to get more money from an already lacking and decling Vegas experience.

Hahaha, it's not like they were close to filing bankruptcy with the City Center project. Nothing like a little expansion to further the greed. Adding more debt is GOOD!!!
