John Porter is the emptiest empty suit in the GOP's closet of outdated, unwanted attire. Since elected he's been one of the most reliable rubberstamp, lapdogs for the disasterous Bush regime and will soon be punished for pandering to the minority upper-class at the expense of the majority middle-class.
John just isn't very smart and now it's time to pay the piper. His short, unremarkable career in the House will come to an end very soon.
Not only is Boyd laying off hundreds of construction workers now but the shutdown means the thousands more they were planning to add will be lost as well.
This is just the latest example of GOP trickle-down economics in action. Our nation's economy is in a deep hole and getting deeper everyday because Americans chose to have an idiot in the WH for the last eight years. We're getting want we deserve.
If you want more of the same keep voting republican. Failure is their only policy.
Sleazy is as sleazy does.
Is it just my imagination or has the state and the nation gone to hell in a handbasket since the GOP took over? Nah, must be just a really, really bad dream.
Great coverage of the summer league, Ryan. I always enjoy reading your stuff. Thanks again.

Gotta love the disarray in the GOP. Their party is coming apart at the seams because they sense what lies ahead this November, another brutal beating at the polls.
