This bail out plan is flawed. Executive pay should be off the table, if the companies do not correct the situation they themselves got into, then they should get NO pay more than the average wage for American workers.

NO funding to be authorized immediately and only 50 billion at a time, until treasury secretary and congress and the senate certifies the money is needed.

Executive pay. These people got us into this mess. The Treasury Department and congress and senate would set standards of no more than 300,000 annually as executive compensation for participating companies.

Taxpayer equity. Taxpayers would control 75% of companies accepting the peoples bailout funds and share 50% in the profits of firms that benefit from the bailout as they return to financial health.

If the Democrats and Republicans had listened to McCain in 2005 we the people would not be in this mess.
