I have vacationed in Las Vegas in the past but will not do so in the future. I am not a big gambler, but my wife and I loved the shows. They have gotten so expensive that we do not feel like we are getting value for our money. The city has priced itself out of the market. I noticed that as the unions took hold of the labor market the price of every thing has skyrocketed. With the current financial crunch my neighbors who are big gamblers are not going to Vegas but staying close to home (Texas)and going to nearby casinos. The mob museum is but an indicator of the corruption endemic in Vegas, the congress and the unions. I know because I was in a job where the unions came in and the union thugs corrupted the process.
