It appears that they are actinng like the DMV... trying to make it appear that they are sufferring from budget cuts. When it is simply poor management all around. Fire the director and hire someone that can manage the department within budget. Then fire the DA, and hire someone that will work for the better good of the citizens. Only prosecute crimes, and pursue lengthy prison sentences that make sense for the better good of society. Stop with all of the waste and malicious prosecution. Too many people fall for the appearance of these people doing their jobs by the show of statistics and fluff of "increased crime rate"... We as a community would be better off if they used common sense... We do not need more prisions and officers or more prosecutors or more police, we need less non violent people put into prison.... at most, fine them, make them work to pay restitution and fines. The police should be allowed to direct their primary resources to high crime area's and better utilize technology and modern software to track and report non-violent crimes.
I'm with Tiger. At least we know what it takes to win big... Feed a mans sexual needs, and he will win big. Obviously his wife couldn't or wouldn't service his needs. They were met, and he won big. Monogamy is a joke meant to torture honest men.
Why don't Americans realize that personal business is personal, and sex is not a bad thing. Just because a person doesn't live by your moral compass doesn't mean he is a bad person. Tiger kept his private life private.
Why would any of those women go public, they knew he was married, they knew they were not getting anything more than sex. They are the bad ones in this for taking their private matters public and trying to capitalize off of their private lives.
Americans still arguing to keep things that do not work...postal service... USPS provides a service, if you don't like it, don't use it. Quit bickering and complaining and demanding government oversight. Get your prescriptions delivered by Vons or another company that uses DHL or something.
Plain and simple, USPS is a service run by people who are stuck in a mentality that they will never go away and the government will protect them, they will go away because they refuse to be innovative and streamlined, and provide a service so great, that we need them forever! Overall...their service sucks.
I feel no remorse for the sinking USPS ship.
He was high on drugs and violent with his own family? There are bad police, but not in this case...but these are simply stupid people trying to get a free lunch. Why we allow these ignorant people to pursue unfounded legal cases....

Lets not abuse the teachers who, in most cases, deserve much more than they are paid. Lets look at the bloated management and waste in overall spending.
If they cut out all unnecessary management they could meet their budget requirements.
I am for cuts, and decreasing spending, but why do we always start with teacher salaries?
Bottom line: We need more teachers with higher salaries. We need much less management, administration, and over-spending.
