Exactly my point. Terry was not his brother at shooting, but he knew what to do. Always. He had tremendous confidence, and just lead the team. Not a single person on UNLV today is like that. Today, UNLV consists of who can shoot .330 from 3 range.
We have NO inside men. I'm not sure i've seen both of Massambas feet off the ground once this whole year.
Terry was not the best player, however, he was a leader. He controlled the floor, and was smart.
We are currently lacking a leader and someone who controls the floor.
Well, after 2 years ago with the sweet 16, i thought we had some chance of elite 8 within a few years, but after losing to tcu and f'in csu, its over. Its done, their seasons done.
They have no idea how to play as a team, there more up and down than a 13 year old girl on her period, its unbeleiveable. They have no team leader. Half of them look like their in a coma out there and have no idea whats going on around them. Its pathetic
I dont even want to go to saturdays game anymore, and i'd been looking forward to it for 2 weeks.
We need terry back....
