My worries and sympathy goes out to all the patients that went through this Endoscopy Center.
WE MUST HAVE JUSTICE HERE!
All those doctors and medical personnel must be apprehended at once and put on trial! Because they're all going to run and hide. We need to have justice done here!

The Nevada Medical Board need to take their licenses away, and the District Attorney's office should hand down indictments against these doctors at this Endoscopy Center.

They use other company's financing to make them look good.
It's a total coverup. The Internal Affairs Department should look into this. I think the officers involved fabricated their reports.
The law enforcement here should train their officers to be better communicators rather than have a quick judgement to use excessive or lethal force to end the life of the mother of 3 children. I echo the same thought as gannettp had written. The highly trained officer should have used other means to subdue the victim other than pulling the trigger.

I tell you,....There is so much cash flow going on, that all these nightclub in Las Vegas are being used to launder money by these management groups. Plus, all the employees and management are definitely dodging the IRS about their income.
