Doctors receiving kickbacks should be made to disclose publicly how many Rx's were written to patients. I fail to see how doctors can remain professionally impartial when receiving $300,000 a year from a drug maker; unfortunately I was the unwilling victim of such a doctor when he prescribed Norvasc to me many years ago when it was under patent. My blood pressure did not improve with Norvasc but he continued to prescribe it. What a slimeball!!!
Though I am politically conservative, every time Angle opens her mouth, I get closer to voting for Reid. Even though Lowden lost (in part to her stupid Chicken comment) the Repub nomination, she'll get another chance in 6 years because Angle sure won't be the incumbent.
These optimistic press releases and comments remind me of the excitement generated when LLV was first opened. I thought then that the Ritz was the best fit based on its name, experience, and public acceptance. I fail to see how the Dolce will be able to bring in visitors when the Ritz could not. What has changed that will enable LLV to thrive (as opposed to survive). Will the golf courses reopen? Will locals patronize the area establishments? Will visitors make the trek from the strip to LLV? Hopefully the Dolce sees something the Ritz did not because it's a shame to see LLV a skeleton of what it can be.
This was not an accident. At the least it's manslaughter. 24 years at the minimum.
How old is "elderly". I am 70 and I think I drive pretty good. But I have many friends who are my age and they are horrible drivers...including my wife. Seniors should be required to re-qualify every 2 years to retain their drivers license. Unfortunately, their eyesight, hearing, eye-hand coordination, judgement and reflexes diminishes quickly and then accidents like this happen. Thankfully there was no one in front of the car when this occurred.
What really really scares me is that these types of incompetents will be part of her "team" in DC if Angle wins. They are scarier than Angle. It's finally dawned on me that perhaps Chicken Sue would have been a more viable candidate against Reid. Sue would have looked forward to a debate(s) instead of running scared but acting brave. Oh well...Sue will have another chance in 2016 against Reid.
I know cheating casinos is illegal...but sometimes you've got to admire the cheater's creativity. I don't have the balls to cheat but I would if I knew I wouldn't get caught.
Every thief is entitled to a fair trial. Then you take them outside and hang 'em.
With all the money spent on surveillance cameras, that's the best photo they have of the suspect? Suncoast got taken.

Should be another Putlitzer for Public Service for the LV Sun. The Sun is starting to be the most relevant newspaper in the southwestern US. The LVRJ continues to be a non-entity. Perhaps the management shakeup at the LVRJ will change its direction--they were so focused on politics (i.e. Angle) that they forgot that reporters should report the news instead of trying to formulate and direct public opinion. Congratulations!!
