REBELS!!!!!!!!!!
Jeff,
From your mouth to God's ears.
It seems that SDSU hates us the way we hate BYU.
What a weird team this has been. Couple notes:
- Our preseason expectation proved to be without merit.
- WE need a new strength coach (see Wink)
- Not having an inside presence completely exposes a "live by the 3" kind of team.
- Defensively we don't create as many turnovers that we have in the last few years.
- Our fast-break offense's ineptitude is eclipsed only by our half-court set's.
Notes on the tourney:
- SDSU: it is really hard to beat a team 3 times in one season.
- BYU: ignore that previous comment and stick the last few years of the tourney in it's place. BYU can't win big games (hopefully this constitutes a big game)
- Utah: Nevill will be taking oxygen every timeout by his third game in a row.
you said it Lenny. spot on brother.
I love it Jeff. Perhaps the students could all print out paper televisions and hold them up when he is shooting free throws. Or all strip down to a thong and jiggle around.
I think chicken heart tastes like bologna.
Rebelred22 - that's hilarious!
I cannot bet AGAINST the Rebels. But, it is hard for me to bet on them when they are favored. I have enjoyed some "money-line" fruit of them being underdogs this year!
Jerry,
The top 25 is a joke until after the tourney. We barely made it in the last week of the 2007 season and finished #14.
The step-up play of Wink and TreVon enables guys like Mo and Kendall to focus on doing what they do without any burden. Frees them up to be the roll players they are.
Go Cards!
"Yeah, the better the RPI the better the seed in that eventuality."
Except the time you have an 11 RPI and are seeded 7th (cough, 2007, cough).

Let it be known, this should be the only positive point of Robinson's career at UNLV. It doesn't overshadow running the program into the ground as part of an early retirement plan. Ugh.
