I think it was one of the few good debates. It exposed Obama as a bumbler that can only parrot pre-written statements.
While it is true that the gas tax only supports the Highway Trust Fund which spends SOME of its money keeping construction workers working - but it is also spent on non-highway projects that have nothing to do with highway construction.
My daughter is a Clark county school teacher for the past few years. I hope she reads this very closely and seeks a career back here in the Midwest. She certainly hasn't been appreciated in Las Vegas.
She gets little if no support by middle school administrators, whether it is student violence or interference by "special education" whumps. She is routinly advised to "pass them along" and fake these children's grades.
Clark county reaches out, all across the U.S. for talented and qualified teachers to help out their shortage. Then after they get here - the get &%^$## on.
The best two reasons to vote for Juan McCain is Clinton and Obama .... unless your a socialist.
My daughter is a middle school teacher in the Clark County School District. Lax enforcement of access and tresspass rules, as well as discipline problems by administrations are the root cause of the violence.
I still think that Bush is not the "torture president" until he authorizes decapitation.
You are correct. But it also is correct that the entire economy has tanked while the Democrats took over Congress and twiddled their thumbs.
Would love to see the Shark coaching at Indiana University. He would be awesome!
It isn't the issue of alternative fuels. They will drive up the price of food and it will be 15 years before enough fuel stations have E85. Hydro Hybirds are exceptionally expensive and will force the middle class to give upo it's independence to take public transportation. The issue is Liberal's successful road block of domestic crude production. Whether it is Alaska or our sea coasts, the only short term answer to drive down prices is development of domestic capability. Long term is bio-diesel for the use by middle America.

My wife and I fly to LV twice a year to visit my daughter and her family. Guess we will not be taking any sojourning into LV casino's if they follow AC example. We don't smoke but we are getting real tired of people pushing their views, habits and mannerisms on others.
I actually can't stand fat people.
I get really nauseous when they are stuffing their mouths with food as their jowls flab over their collars.
They are, to me, grotesque.
Fat people cause tremendous costs and demands on an already over-burdened health care system.
Fat people should probably have to pay a minimum 50% tax on food .... but why should I impose my bigotry on them.
That would be so un-American!
