I do not believe this report..Bring in outside investigators and fire ALL that abused the sick leave including all management. They have defrauded us, the tax payers.
They already get free food, free health care free education and subsidized rent. Put a time limit on all giveaway programs. If they can afford a $20,000 vehicle, they don't need handouts. Stop all aid to illegitimate children. Make the fathers and mothers pay.

I have been paying taxes for 47 yrs and when I went to school, parents or students paid for books, supplies, lunches, summer school, extra curricular activities, etc. Students that disrupted classes were sent to the principles office which usually caused a paddle and a note to parents that had to be signed and returned. It also meant punishment by our Mom followed by the statement "just wait until your father gets home. There was no kindergarten. In today's education system, the students have free lunch, free books, free supplies, and most disrespect authority, can't speak proper English and have poor study habits. If people are going to have children, they need to pay for raising them, feeding them, educating them, disciplining them and keeping them healthy. We the taxpayers are fed up with demands for everything that involves education to be free. It is time for the responsible parties (Parents and students) to pay for their own way.
Most of the info in those surveys are lies made up by the students because they are always rebelling or trying to get more attention. They want people to think that their lives are terrible. They will do anything to get noticed. It is also an excuse to get out of homework and responsibilities.

Solution: Make it mandatory that all law enforcement officers purchase errors and omissions insurance coverage. If they err, it will cost the insurance company and the officer's premium will go up. If they err again the cost will get higher and they will probably not be able to afford the insurance. Termination will follow.
