Ahhh...when the wealthy can't get what they want then it is always "special interests" that are preventing the "will" of the people. What Adelson wants is to get business away from the Las Vegas Convention Center and into his properties so he can get richer and more powerful. I wonder if he will ask for the tax on rental cars for the Smith Performing Arts fiasco to be put towards something useful such as the schools?.....Nahhh, he's probably got permanent front row seats at all events there so he and his wealthy cronies can not be bothered with US (it seems the only thing the wealthy need us for is fighting the wars they start so their industries can make more money on bombs, reconstruction contracts, and bullets while their kids party away in the clubs and avoid military service)! And besides, under-educated folks won't ask for more monies, question polices, or unionize because they do not know their rights.
