Sad to see this place go. It is one of the few monorail properties that offered a more direct access to the strip than the others, and a short walk to the Stratosphere.

I had a lot of fun there playing blackjack and poker. I made a lot of friends and had a lot of good times there.

I really hope they won't close permanently.

I've been to LV enought times, and have enought friends there to know this is a scam-besides, this is not my kind of thing. What annoys me is that I can't walk down the road or get into a cab without them bothering me about going to a
'massage.' I can't get into a cab and go to a club without them telling me they will take me to a 'better' one or asking me if I want to go to a 'massage' instead. I'm glad the city of LV/Clark County is doing something about this.

All due respect to the cab drivers there, it's just the few bad apples that really spoils the vegas experience. I understand they want to make some money on the side, but don't pester me about it, and don't scam people.

I'm sure that drives away many tourists who don't go there regularly and don't know the area well. One bad experience is all it takes.
It's really freakin annoying!!!

I love LV and go there frequently and will keep going there. Stay safe out there.

I used to fly America West before they merged with US Airways. I'm not looking forward to US merging with United--that would be bad for competition.

The problem I think going on with Las Vegas is tha the newer casinos do not represent the true spirit of Las Vegas. I miss the old Las Legas which is dying. I usually hang out in the North strip these days or Freemont street. Better prices there, friendler service, friendlier people.
