Don't go anywhere Jon, you provide a needed service! Ms Berkley is an acquaintance of mine and I have to say that your questions were fair and trying to get at the heart of the matter that is on thinking peoples' minds. You had a short amount of time to get to an answer and she kept on evading the issue with a repeat of "my intentions were..." which was not helping - we should have heard an acknowledgement of some kind that her actions appear to be unethical, that funds have been returned, that her letters had no bearing... anything more that would clear the cloud over her.
