In fairness to all, the printing company should be required to purchase an insurance policy to cover each of the exposed 380 households to insure against identity theft.

A&B Printing should be required to buy a quality insurance policy to insure those 380 individuals against identity theft. That would make A&B Printing accountable for their actions...
It's a simple way to make all involved whole.
