Pay attention to your own board in Massachusetts, which is also made up of physicians or other boards across the country, all of which are made up of physicians. Physician applicants in other states (including Mass) are only required to have 1 year postgrad training; physicians in Nevada are required to have a minimum of 3 years. There are some good docs here. No one is saying the system is perfect, far from it, but this problem is nationwide and while you are certainly more than eager to constantly promote your own website on Nevada's failures, I have yet to see you come up with a solution. It's easy to assign blame, especially when apparently you do not reside here.
