To the people who have underwater loans...
It's going to take at least 5 to 10 years for house values to increase enough for homeowners to not be underwater. If you own a home in Las Vegas, are you willing to wait that long to break even at the best case scenario?
Go into foreclosure, take a hit on your credit....swallow your pride and start over again in a few years.
You're not the only one in this boat...
Ridiculous! I know a lot of dumb people who went to college AND vote. All it shows is book smarts. I'd rather be street smart than have a shelf full of literature and not know the simplest of things. Unbelievable!
College graduate excited for a salon receptionist position. That tells you how tough the job market is right now.
It's dangerous to swim out into the deep waters without a life jacket. Even a strong swimmer could develop cramps and not be able to swim further. Sad story.

Finding blood in your food is extremely gross. I don't care how much training an employee gets about food safety. People are people and there will always be a time where they become neglectful and let things slip.
The commercial food that you eat goes through many stages of processing before it goes into your mouth. In any of those stages, your food can become contaminated.
There's really no 100% method of keeping your food clean other than raising your own cow and growing your own veggies. Hell, a little contamination will keep your immune system working. Call it exercise for your insides.
