A shameless attempt by a Clinton surrogate to disenfranchise caucus-goers who *may* be more likely to support Obama.
What is particularly funny about this whole thing is that most people don't understand how very undemocratic the entire party nomination process is. Each state has extra delegates to the nominating conventions who can go with whomever they want, regardless of the state's vote. Note the total New Hampshire delegate count at cnn.com, in which Obama has 12 delegates and Clinton has 11.
Americans are under a false impression that these partisan presidential primaries are fair and democratic. BOTH political parties govern these things with great control; it is a bizarre process designed to keep control within party loyalists and the political machines.
