Notice the pattern:
it's mostly the crooked ones who rise to the top...who get to be the GI doctor for a US Senator, the advisor to a governor.
These snakes have the drive and cunning to become the "top" doctors in the state. And they know they need the credentials to shield them from bad
publicity and/or prosecution.
The decent, hard-working doctors don't seem to end up as well-connected.

Sometimes those pesky neuropsychologists make things more
complicated than they really are.
IF someone REALLY just wanted police to kill them, then even a
drunk and very confused person would go straight to the
source. That's right, folks--if you walk into a police station
and fire a few shots, they'll probably kill you. And what's more,
nobody needs to get wounded, but yourself.
Consider this, too: for a guy who didn't want to hurt anyone,
seems like he scored a pretty good number of "hits" for the
number of shots he fired. If he wasn't even trying to hit
anyone, this man should be on our Olympic shooting team,
right? Just think how good he'll be when he TRIES to hit targets.
