Unfortunately, what really happens with state lotteries and what is most likely to happen, knowing Nevada Politicians, as I do is: Nevada sets up a State Lottery where all proceeds, after administrative costs and prizes are spent, goes to Education. That all seems well and good, but then legislature looks at how much education is getting from the lottery and short-changes it , "because they have a second income source". It is said many different ways, but the bottom line is Education sees little to no increase, because the legislators always can find ways to spend money. Besides Nevada, the wealthiest state in the nation, doesn't want educated people - who will make beds and wash dishes in their casinos.

Thank heavens no one is stupid enough to vote for McInsane and be able to sleep with their conscience at night. 4 more years of uncontrolled spending, tearing away American rights all for the good of the upper 2%. I can't wait for November and we elect a fiscal responsible party and someone with a brain who isn't laughing all of the way to the bank when oil goes up. I am sure if Bubba had a child that was drafted in to his war, he would make sure they didn't go. Only poor people can lose their sons & daughters for his personal greed. That's why he went AWOL isn't it, oh I forgot Daddy sealed those records so no one would know - shhhh. If they can't read about it no one will know.... Come November we will elect a true President a leader and it sure won't be McInsane - just another Bubba wanna-be.

Republic knew darned well what they were doing when they signed that contract. No tax raise, we've already paid for it by not having a open bidding process for garbage collection. If they want to break the contract, what do we get...? How about a bid for collections, 5 year contract, LOWEST bid gets it. I'll bet they'll bid lower that we are now paying and close what they are under contract to close already.

That means we would have to have a successful "surge". There, hasn't been, won't be - ever. Throwing good money after bad, more kids killed for Republican greed. Get out now. We should never have been there to start with. Send Bubba and friends in to fight - Oh yeah, Bubba went AWOL... Daddy just shut the files to cover for him.... again. Thank heavens the villiage idiot will be gone soon. Unfortunatly he has left America is massive disrepair - as Republicans always do. Time for fiscally responsible Democrats to clean up the mess - again. It makes me sick, what Bubba & his greedy friends have done, impeachment is too good for him.
