Posted on: Superintendent reaches out to retired administrator to boost struggling schools

We don't have books for the students, the classes are overflowing, the district is extremely admin heavy already with overpaid "good ol Boys', and once again a high paid admin, retires only to be rehired at a higher rate. Ruffles and his worthless mob need stopping. They continuely rip off the district. Lining their pockets at the expense of the students. $700/day - she wasn't worth 1/3 of that when she was with the District why so much now? Hmmmmm what does she have on Ruffy?

WE need to stand up and say NO. NO MORE REHIREING THE WEALTHY RETIRED AT THE EXPENSE OF OUR STUDENTS. Follow the money, there is something funny here.

Great, so since I don't teach a "Core" class only an elective, I can not get a raise - nice. Wait for all the teachers to move out of the hood to teach in the lily-white schools so they can get a raise. Judge a teacher on the students level, when the teacher has no control over whether they are supported at home, whether they do their homework, or not. Most stupid thing I have ever heard. I don't get to pick out the materials I work with, but my salary depends on their quality.... What Republican thought of that one...so only private school teachers and the lily whites get money, and to think the present administration in the WH is stupid enough to go for it, and the ASSociation that is supposed to protect the teachers - threw us to the wolves - AGAIN. Who's pocket got lined at the ASSociation office at the CCEA this time?

Once again the teachers association - it is NOT a union, has thrown the teachers to the wolves and the students will suffer. I can't control how often a student shows up to class, I can't control whether the student does the homework assigned. I can't control that the student has enrolled, and un-enrolled 6 times this semester. Yet my salary will be based on these very students. How stupid is our country to fall for such short sighted crap. And to have the ASSociation that is supposed to protect teachers actually endorse it. Just another kick in the groin for teachers.
