i live in Minnesota where the gambling age is 18 for everything. Im 20 years old, and can gamble in Minnesota and most other states. Yet some states only allow 18-20 to play lottery and bingo and legally gamble inside a casino. Why is it that some states allow people to gamble at 18, and some like say Nevada make it 21?
I believe that 18 should be the gambling age all around, not because you can go die for your country and what not, which to me is the oldest reason in the book. Its because your an Adult in the eye of the goverment, that my state allows you to gamble at 18, i believe other states can learn a lesson from Minnesota, let people at 18 gamble. If they get a gambling problem simply call a 1-800 number. I know plenty of people over the age of 21 who have a gambling problem compared to people who are 18-20.
