the reason dealers don't keep their own tips is the IRS . they can't keep track of how much you are tipped . making it difficult for them to get their cut . around 1985 there was an agreement made between the IRS and the casinos .
management always tell the dealers how important customer service is then they hire people that can't speak english . if dealers kept their own tokes customer service would improve tremendously .
the good dealers have no choice to share their tips with the mope on the next table . they are not allowed to go for their own . good dealers would love to keep the tips they earn . when these places forced dealers to pool tips that was the end of customer service . the IRS doesn't want you to keep your own . they can't track how much you make that way .
i think most people know it as the westside .
i doubt if these animals get jail time . our system is so screwed up . i hope i'm wrong .

if these casinos are so worried about everything being fair . they should stop allowing smoking in theirs casinos like they made the bars and taverns do.

the strat has ran off most of their good players by not comping them and treating them poorly. as long as that management is their it will not succeed.
