A figure-8? Imagine the feuds.
Thanks. NASCAR needs all the feuds it can get. The NFL season is about to begin.
My thanks to everyone that entered.
Come on! What's wrong with a 500hp street version? You can never have too much horsepower!
boftx,
Using stock bodies has always been a desirable direction. But how do you keep one model from having an advantage because its street design is more aerodynamic? Sure, you could say it's up to manufacturers to make street cars that would work with NASCAR, but these cars are primarily designed to sell to everyday customers, not race teams. There has got to be a happy medium where race cars can look more like their street versions, but maintain the aerodynamic middle ground that preserves some level of parity in the sport.
The more time I spend around drag racing, the more I like it. After Sunday's race, I started searching the internet for a 500 horsepower crate motor for my pickup truck.
I agree.
The Malibu would be an interesting choice for Chevy. I'd prefer to see the Camaro. But it would probably depend on which model Chevy would want to market.
Sarah always seems to provoke strong positive and negative reaction.
