This poor man came here only to do for $3000 per month work that Americans won't do. NOT! He probably got the job after one of his illegal buddies pushed an American off a roof-- possibly permanently injuring him.
Good riddance!
And Collins' favorite song is from the Wizard of Oz: If I only had a brain.
Hmmm. Someone 18 can vote but, someone 17 years, 11 months and 29 days cannot. That's an irrational law!
Voy is full of it. The most relevant reason for unconstitutionality is the ex post facto nature of law.
"The 'words and the intent' of the Ex Post Facto Clause encompass '[e]very law that changes the punishment, and inflicts a greater punishment, than the law annexed to the crime, when committed.' Calder v. Bull, 3 U.S. (1 Dall.) 386, 390 (1798) (opinion of Chase, J.).
An ex post facto law is a law passed after the occurrence of an event or action which retrospectively changes the legal consequences of the event or action." www.lectlaw.com
Nevada regulators have increasing acceded to employers' claims that employees were at fault for their injuries. Not the substandard equipment. Not the lack of training. Not the rush, rush, rush encouraged by the employer. The employee.
Workers comp is a no fault system until it comes time for the employer to be held responsible.

The banks DON'T own the foreclosed properties. They are trustees (fiduciaries acting on behalf of the note holders, i.e., depositors of the bank).
Nonetheless, laws need to be changed making the trustees responsible for care, maintenance and fees on behalf of the note holders.
