No, it's real! Just like the FAA right hand turns affecting property values on the west side.

Let's cut him some slack, I think he was just tired from saving people from having their neighborhoods blocked by the "man" over F Street. I mean really, he was just making up for the extra 2 blocks people are having to walk until his boondoggle underpass is created.

It was a game full of missed opportunities and untimely mistakes.

The same could be said of the entire season. This team was never bowl worthy, not this year.

I knew that R&R ad would start working it's magic right away...

Mr. Snow said ""But at this point, there aren't too many scenarios we haven't touched upon at some point"

Good, I look forward to R&R not charging LVCVA their outrageous fees as he readily admits they've already mailed in their creative talents for this account.

If you compare Phoenix commercial real estate to Vegas, Phoenix has accepted reality and the asking prices for vertical and land inventory have dropped. The Vegas listings are still too high and will require more foreclosures or deals at realistic prices before sales volume will increase. The commercial sector will have to go through the same adjustment residential product has.

Case;
Had 12 yards on six yards? Read your stuff buddy. Seriously, UNLV couldn't get invited to a high-school bowl game in New Mexico.

As for Sanford saying "we competed today". Hey Coach, you didn't want the team to talk to the media a few weeks back, maybe it is your turn to keep quiet!

I'm a republican, but between Guv Gibbuns and Sue Loud-and nothing else, the State and National GOP are in trouble. Although both sides can take blame for the bi-partisan bickering, Loud-and should be ashamed of herself and Gibbuns should shut-up and see if he can win one negotiation while Guv and attempt to settle his divorce.

These guys couldn't win on issues if they were given the playbook. Pathetic!
