Obama said, "Call me if you need me." He's a poser, not someone who has a record of working with his own party and the other party to work out a deal. He's out for himself and only himself, and his record shows that. Don't listen to the magic spell of his oratory. Look at his record in Chicago, his voting record in Illinois and in the U.S. Senate. Look at his scorched-earth policy toward Hillary Clinton, who has been humiliated and brought to heel.
I'm voting for McCain/Palin. No more humiliation by Big Media and sexist Leftists (one and the same) for me. I am no longer a Democrat; I am an Independent and a PUMA.

Absolutely agree! Pres. Obama, the former constitutional law professor, appears to have no understanding of the U.S. Constitution in this and other cases, such as FISA.
The decision to prosecute torture, as you said, is not in Pres. Obama's hands. I knew he'd be a freakin' wimp except when he and his minions ruthlessly suppressed Hillary Clinton delegates during his campaign, and that's why I voted for Hillary.
She would have done this right.
