According to the U.S. judicial system, OJ Simpson is INNOCENT.

It would help a little if you knew your facts nkls3713, Thayer Burton is not a convicted felon. And until some SOLID EVIDENCE is brought into the picture, Thayer Burton is INNOCENT.

The irony in this thing is people can't wait to say he deserves the death penalty when no one knows if he's guilty or not. But I guess its guilty until proven innocent when you're a young black male in America. The media has already decided Burton is guilty and the viewing public has followed suit. So where does that leave Burton;who for all we know could be innocent? As of now, because of the way the media has depicted him and because of how skewed the American justice system is, Burton doesn't stand a snow balls chance in hell. This always happens when it's black on white crime, but never when it's black on black or white on black for that matter.
