My brother was killed in a similiar manner. The murderer was doing 70MPH while running a red light. Hit and run. He is eligible for parole after two years.

By the way, he is also serving his sentence consecutively with an identity theft charge. The DA, nad the prosecuters are a joke.

The defense attornery told me in court, I was overreacting, when I said I was suffering a deep depression, due to my brother's death.
