How can the Pharmacist be held liable?? They have a duty to protect the pubic, I agree, but they are not supposed to judge a person based on the type of drugs they are getting filled. All the can do is verify with the prescribing physican that it's a valid prescription. Once a person is on task force, nobody will write scripts for then anyway.
