Harrahs should spin off the Caesars Palace brand as a separate public company, raise a ton of money and start rolling out this brand worldwide, as it should have been rolled out before it was bought by Starwood and then Harrahs and languished in corporate purgatory. This is one brand that should have been as successful as the Sand's Venetian. Give it the best brains and some money and watch it flourish.
