This letter could easily have been the monologue of any one of the right-wing echo chamber talk radio blowhards. Point by point, it says the exact same thing, not sparing any cliche.
BTW, Mr. Koppel: Just how many loved ones do have enlisted in "the cause"?
I suspect the answer is zero.
