It is funny that jfnance32 will go after teachers and like for raises, which is what he perceives is a waste of taxpayers money. However, in this case he seems quite willing to allow the Governor to get a free pass and abuse the system and remove tax dollars from the county coffers and from the taxpayers pockets. You cannot have it both ways, either you advocate fiscal responsibility or not! Not just when it is convenient to support the party line!
How is it possible that this vermin has surfaced once again? Was it not enough that he abused the system once and screwed the people of Las Vegas. It just illustrates that the people who run this city are morons.
I wish that all the people like (areyouserious) who just want to tax everything would just go back to the state that they came from. You are the reason why we have a shortfall as you require more and more services. But given the opportunity I bet that you have used a comp or two in your time.
Scumbags like this Grimm character and his wife should be jailed forever. These people turn my stomach as they make all mortgage people look like him when most are really not that bad. As for the lender Greenpoint, they are no better than Grimm, as they are a lender of last resort and a bottom feeder company as lenders go. They should exercise some compassion but like all of the lenders of today they will not. They would rather add another house to their books to be sold at a cut rate price further depressing market values.
