this is a fact that psyhciatric meds need to be monotored, in fact this is seroquel and the dr. who took billy off his "other" meds and dosed him with a mood stabilizer is responsible oh ya im sure kaine ran his mouth too.....

Billy was an undermedicated man, this is what happens when you trust a Dr. with your disease this man was a good freind. check out helpshaneheal.com would a dude like this do somthing like this on his own, hell no it was the new medication seroquel that did this and its undisclosed side effects, insomnia, lunacy. sorry it had to be this way bill
