Wow!
What an article!
My family and I own a home along the "toxic corridor" marked in red, on that map.
Our air was tested once. And our level was below the scary level set by the NDEP. Something to me just doesn't add up. How can the houses on both sides of me read way above the NDEPs level, and my house below the level. Also the house behind me reads above their level. Either their testing was flawed, or they need to do it again. There must have been some reason why mine is so low compared to all those around me. One air sample doesn't seem like enough. If it is low, from one sample test, I guess I am to believe I am safe from the vapors while the neighbors on all sides are marinating in it. I guess there must be a benevolent spirit below my foundation wafting the poison away.
Thank you oh Benevolent Guardian of the PCE Plume for watching over me. You are doing more than the the Guardians from the Environmental Protection Department. I think I will go dig a hole in my garden and have the dry cleaning vapors launder my clothes.
