Never thought we would still be talking about" well no one told them to take the pills" anymore, my daughter went to him with seroius pain in her back and brain injury from a car accident, he never examined her, never looked at medical records,he lied under oath about giving her certain medications, I have been in contact with people who worked for him,he had no clue what he was doing,the only people who loved him were the drug seekers, Thank you Marshall for writing this story on the 4th Anniversay of my Daughters death, let us never forget what this man has done to many families, our neighbors, Pray to God it does not happen to your family.

To those of you who have no heart what so ever concerning those who have died from this mans hands. I am Andrea Duncans Dad. As the story states he NEVER EXAMINED HER !!! for her injury.HE NEVER LOOKED AT HER MEDICAL RECORDS!!! All he did was prescribe more and more. My Daughter took only as prescribed, she TRUSTED him as a "DR " to do the right thing. HE LIED to the Medical Board !!! HE LIED under oath !!! He has no clue as to what he has done . I am sorry some of you feel that you are so above those who have died. My Daughter was a beautiful young woman, who was badly injured, she and our family did not deserve this, and neither did the other people and their families. I have nothing else to say anymore about this, it will be in the hands of the legal system to punish this man.

Northsider, I have been in contact with his former office manager, she has been telling me things that would blow you away ! Ms Van Wey will get him, he lied to the medical board when we had him investigated in 2005-2006, he lied in his deposition that is available here, after speaking with her, I think she will go after ALL agencies responsible. The medical board said in 2006 he did nothing wrong, yet, they say they busted him for what happened in 2004. If they knew what he was doing then, WHY did they not stop him then. They are equally responsible in this.

Dan you are the same ex jailbird who made awful comments on that other site right? Again I say you are an idiot. ANYONE who says that he is a great Dr. is only fooling themselves. The proof of his wrong doing is everywhere but people like you do not want to see it. No one deserves to die while under a doctors care. Again I say to you my daughter and son in law were not addicts, they were not drug or doctor shopping. They went to him because of existing health issues and he only made things worse. Why are you so hateful. I know it is tough for his patients who are addicts, they cannot get their " medication " anymore, and most doctors do not want you people for patients. You are the one with a problem. If he was innocent why did he stop practing altogether? He is a killer, and he has been stopped. next stop for him should be prison.

It is hard to "chill" when some people write some of the things they do about loved ones. My 2 kids were not addicted when they started going to this doctor, they did not shop for drugs, they took them as prescribed, let something like this happen in your family and see how you react. I apoligize to no one for what I have posted. It is the truth.

It was my daughter and son in law that were patients of this killer. They took their drugs as directed. She had a very serious back and head injury. HE NEVER EXAMINED HER !!!!.If any of you smug a-holes would like to meet with me and discuss this especially azskfan8 and the"person" who called them degenetates lets discuss this, If you think he is a great doctor, I would question your motives, It seems to me that you people don't want your drug dealer put out of business.Anyone who thinks he is a good doctor is an idiot. My daughters injuries were very noticable by x-ray, especially the plate in her head. HE NEVER CHECKED or read her report by the Nevada brain facility where she went for a year to recover from her injuries. Get your heads out of your asses, he is a killer, plain and simple.He even lied under oath in a deposition about what he prescribed to her.
