Protecting America's Workers Act (H.R.2049.IH, S.1244.IS), which serves to "strengthen and expand" OSHA, is making its way through the legislative process. Sadly, no Nevada representatives are sponsors or co-sponsors of this legislation. I encourage you to support this Bill by writing to your Nevada and committee representatives in the U.S House and Senate.
