In fact, I assume you stood up and told the Metro Officer who arrived later that morning in response to Ira's call about what a thug he was. Funny, how the Metro Report on the incident makes no mention whatsoever about any Doorman or Security Host informing the Officer that Ira was being a "thug" and had threatened to shoot Mr. Davidovici. The appearance of the Metro Officer that morning, again in response to Ira's call, would have given you the opportunity to have Metro arrest Ira for the "crime" you contend he committed.

Now, "toast2u" where did you get your information that Ira Kiener has "filed frivolous lawsuits against nightclubs in the past"? Should you be sued for telling "fairy tales"?
