Posted on: After beleaguered caucus, political leaders considering switching to primary

The caucus did just exactly what it was supposed to do and that was judge voter preference and it didn't cost the taxpayers a bundle as a primary would. The parties need to do a better job of promotion. Where was all the critical analysis of the low turnout at the democrat caucus?
