These NERC clowns are supposed to be investigating and prosecuting these violations and instead they drag their feet and are incapable buffoons.Time for the Justice Department to take over. The state cannot be trusted to investigate in a timely and capable way.That is what the Sun ought to investigate. Why the government does nothing?
