Your comment JJ clearly shows how many people do not understand the reprecussions of falsifying loan documents. Plus it is a CRIME. Maybe if homeowners did not lie, took time to understand the documents, and just used common sense; then Nevada and the rest of the country would not be in the housing mess that is crumbling this country's economic growth.
Have some integrity and character and admit that you can not offord the $315K starter home that was common in this county, and accept the $220K exsisting house as a good housing start. Don't be a fool and a horse's butt by lying.
I am glad that she is being prosecuted, she is supposed to uphold the law as an officer, and lying on loan docs is a crime (maybe you should read the documents. Law enforcement officers are not above the law.
