The police that were part of this should all be fired. Police departments need to have a zero tolerance policy on misbehavior by their officers. We, the public are paying these people to perform a job for us and we have a right to expect good behavior from the police officer. It is true that tempers may flair at times but police need to keep their cool. It is a difficult job but there is no excuse to assault someone.

I will vote NO. The District needs to downsize the amount of money they want. A $5 Billion dollar Bond can not all be spent at one time and leaves too much out there for fraud, waste, and abuse. The District needs to re-look at all the maintenance needs and show the public what those needs are and how much it will cost to make repairs. Just because a facility is old doesn't make it bad. If the roof is leaking as badly as the District says, repair it. The money is there in the Bonds they didn't spend. Or, has the District fiddled away all the money and can't account for it?

Rugby makes American Football looks like a kids game. Rugby is basically Combat Football.

She must have been really overwhelmed with her problems. Hopefully she can get her life back in order.

would prohibit hormonal birth control if it's "scientifically proven" to "kill a prenatal person"
What is if it's "scientifically proven" mean? Some will say it is and some will say it isn't.
First, I don't think anyone likes abortions but to outright outlaw them and to make criminals of people that have been victims of rape or incest is wrong. Then again, the crazies that are introducing this constitutional change are probably perpetrators of these very crimes.

Having the caucus in the evening only for Jews was wrong. It demonstrates that the GOP was pandering to one religion. No one should be required to affirm that they are of a particular religion to vote. What is next for the GOP, a state run religion? Shame on the GOP for putting religion over peoples' right to vote.

As smart a man as Mr. Adelson is, you would think that he would be smart enough to stay out of politics. By giving $5 million dollars to support Newton Gingrich could have an effect on peoples' desire to visit Adelson's Sands Casino or any other property he owns. I know where I am not going as I don't want my money to be given out to people like Gingrich. I will just go to other casinos for eating and gambling.

Guess we'll have check points set up for seat belts as well. We can put one up for seat belts, one up for cell phones, then for DUI, maybe we can have one up to check tire pressure as well. Great idea!

This whole recall is a waste of taxpayer money. The Committee to Recall Steve Ross is funded by one guy, Joe Scala, a used car guy. Steve Ross should stay on the job until his term ends. If someone else wants the job then, run at that time, otherwise, don't give Scala the time of day. He needs to crawl back into his hole.

I can understand the law and that people should obey it, but setting up check points seems to be just a money making deal for metro. If they were so concerned about people using their cell phones, why didn't they set up check points before when there was no fines? It is all about the money, nothing more, nothing less.
