Just a clarification. There was a short-lived bar/restaurant called Tarkanian's on Maryland Parkway that was a student place. And then there was the Shark Club that was on Koval, right were the old MGM Grand Theme Park was. That was more of a Dance club for tourists and locals. Maybe coach could clarify which one he was talking about, or if he was a part of both.
We in Las Vegas should not take lightly what Lon Kruger has done for the basketball program, UNLV in general, and the city of Las Vegas and surrounds. All of us who love the Rebels should do everything we can to show our appreciation to him and his teams. And we should actively convince others to attend games and help support what Lon is working so hard to build. The Rebelution began when he took the job, and the "overthrow" is now apparent.

Coach Rice is the real deal as is the rest of the staff. The entire community owes a great deal to Rice--and Kruger before him, which Rice always says is the case. Thank you for taking the Rebels up a notch since you arrived and building on the foundation that was set. And for continuing to preach team along the way.
