I apparently miss the connection of the comments here that seemingly correlate more taxes or voting for Gibbons as being directly or contributing to the health issue of discussion. A convoluted argument is presented. The issues are criminal acts by a "licensed" enterprise. Throwing more money or puppets at this would not have changed a thing. Period.
