While State regulators should have been on the ball, it is just as shocking that the insurance carrier covering the malpractice and/or liability was not auditing this practice. After all, it is the insurance carrier who ultimately assumes the risk.
Does anybody know who the carrier is for Endoscopy Center of Southern Nevada?
