They need to get these cameras in Clark County! They'll be catching people all day long.

How about CHP using them for I-15 traffic? It would be nice if they would actually catch the criminals before they get here!

jspence,

I am familiar with the cameras you have in Arizona, they are designed to shoot stills.

We already have traffic cameras at almost every major intersection in the valley. They shoot video constantly. Next time you're at a red light, look up. They are already there. They just need to pass legislation to use them for this purpose.

There is no way in hell I would ever take my precious dog to be groomed at Heidi's place!
I wouldn't even trust that nutjob to wash my car!

Would you?

How many people have to be victims of hit and run drivers before we start using these intersection traffic cameras to identify, prosecute, and imprison these murderers?

I am so tired of hit and run drivers getting away with murder, literally! Use the flipping cameras already to solve these crimes!!!

They are at almost every intersection now. Even if the actual crime isn't recorded, certainly the cameras will catch the license plate at the nearest intersection with a camera.

"Legal entry costs the same as a coyote, it just takes longer."

Don't forget it's much safer. You don't have to whisk your wives and daughters by the Rape Tree Trail when you come here legally. Coyotes abandon you, rape your women, steal your money, sometimes kill you, and even when they get you here can hold you hostage for more money!

omaha,

My point is that he didn't 'lose' his life, he chose how he ended his life. He tried to kill people. He burned a house down. This man was an arsonist, he was an attempted murderer, he was convicted of robbery and served time in prison, and he was charged with 2 counts of kidnapping victims both over 65 years old. There were also 3 cats in the home that he burned to the ground.

This man didn't lose anything but his soul. What a hateful excuse for a human being! No sympathy for criminals.

omahanebraska,

He didn't 'lose' his life, he forfeited it. There is a huge difference. If I deliberately throw my keys into the ocean, I can't really say I lost them now, can I?
