Lets be realistic...if Mr.Desai uses clean syringes in his clinics(@.15cents a piece) how will he be able to pay the mortgage for his 5 million dollar mansion and have ownership in a Las Vegas bank (Bank of George) and be a director of in an insurance company that insures doctors against malpractice insurance (NEVADA MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY, INC.), not to mention his various real estate investments throught The Valley...he wont be able to make enough money !!!
