Am in agreement with Lenny_V and HiRollerette in Suggesting Removal. I also feel Judge Should be charged as an accessory to His son's crime as a result of His Failure to obey a court order that His son would only be allowed to drive back and forth to school...... What No school Bus to His school??.... I further think Child services should be brought in to deal with His leaving His 16 Year Old son alone and unsupervised for a week ...Can only imagine what He would have dealt out to a father who came before Him with the same circumstances!!!! If He would Be the Responsible Father and Set the Example His son Needs to See He Would Resign His appointment and Give His Ex wife total Custody of Michael and Give Michael a chance to turn His Life Around. I would Recommend sending Michael to Teen Challenge with Successful Completion as a requirement of His Sentence and Judge Mosely required to go to Parenting Classes something He Obviously has no skills in!!
